We are into the March international break, and with no top European club action over the next two weeks, the rumour mill will likely be in full swing.

There are some big names being linked with moves and the anticipation for the summer transfer window is steadily building.

Paul Pogba’s future at Manchester United looks uncertain

With that in mind, let us look at who the papers think will be on the move.

Paul Pogba

Pogba has been heavily linked with the likes of Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain for a long time now.

Barcelona have also registered their interest in the 29-year-old, but due to their financial situation, it was thought they would forget about him.

However, it appears as if the Frenchman is back on their radar after they sealed a huge sponsorship deal with Spotify.

The Daily Star claim that Barcelona have informed Mino Raiola that they will offer Pogba a contract in the summer when his deal at Old Trafford expires.

However, if PSG sack Mauricio Pochettino and hire Zinedine Zidane, the former Juventus man could move there instead.

Either way, it appears as if Pogba’s time at Manchester United is coming to an end.

Ben Godfrey

Everton have had a dreadful season and are still in the middle of a Premier League relegation battle.

However, one man who could be thinking about a move away already is Godfrey, with Newcastle keen on the 24-year-old.

The Daily Mirror claim that the Toon had a look at the former Norwich man in January and could offer Godfrey a big increase in wages.

The Magpies are nine points clear of the relegation zone, so are nearly safe, and it appears as if they are thinking about who to buy in the summer.

Godfrey could be a good addition and the Toon might look to sign him even if the Toffees stay in the Premier League.

Benjamin Siegrist

We can’t imagine that many Man United fans have heard of Siegrist, but they might see an awful lot more of him in the summer if reports are to be believed.

The 30-year-old Swiss goalkeeper currently plays for Dundee United in the SPFL but his contract expires in the summer.

The Sun report that the Red Devils have identified Siegrist as a backup to David de Gea.

The club’s goalkeeper scout Tony Coton knows Siegrist from their time at Aston Villa and watched him against Celtic last week.

Philippe Coutinho

Coutinho’s return to the Premier League has been pretty incredible, and it appears as if Aston Villa will face competition if they want to sign him permanently.

The 29-year-old is on loan at Villa Park from Barcelona but Steven Gerrard’s side have an option to buy inserted into the deal.

Given that he has scored four goals and provided three assists in just ten games, you would think Villa would be desperate to sign him.

However, according to Sport, Arsenal are prepared to make Barcelona an offer and match the £33million release clause.

Kalvin Phillips

It doesn’t matter if Leeds stay up or go down this season, it appears as if in the summer, there will be a long chase for Phillips.

Villa are at the front of the queue and are willing to splash out £60m on the England international.

The Times report that the 26-year-old has been identified by Villa as a key target as they look to push up the league next year.

However, they aren’t alone and both Newcastle and West Ham are keen on Phillips as well.

Phillips has developed into a key player for Gareth Southgate at international level and Leeds really struggle without him.

Antonio Rudiger

Rudiger’s future has been the subject of much debate for a long time now, but according to reports in Italy, Juventus have won the race for his signature.

The 29-year-old has developed into one of the world’s best centre-backs, and with his contract at Chelsea set to expire, there was expected to be a long transfer chase.

The likes of Real and PSG have all been heavily linked with the German international.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport believe that Rudiger has picked the Old Lady and agreed a four-year deal.

Conor Gallagher

Gallagher has been one of the Premier League’s brightest young talents this season.

The 22-year-old is on loan from Chelsea at Crystal Palace and has been a revelation for the Eagles.

He has scored eight goals in the league and turned in countless strong displays.

According to The Sun, Juventus and Inter Milan are keen on recruiting the England international in the summer.

They both had scouts to watch him against Manchester City last Monday and they could take advantage of the uncertainty at Chelsea to steal him from Stamford Bridge.
